Objective: The aim of this case report was to describe the effects of traditional Korean medicine on a patient suffering from central dizziness caused by a lateral medullary infarction
Methods: The patient was given a series of Korean medicine therapy treatments, including Jeseubsungi-tang, acupuncture, and cupping, for 37 days. We measured the progress of this case using a numerical rating scale (NRS).
Results: After the treatment, the NRS score for dizziness decreased, and the headache almost completely subsided.
Conclusions: This clinical case study indicated that Jeseubsungi-tang could be effective in relieving central dizziness and headache caused by lateral medullary infarction.
